Important information
Know before you go
- Before using the Verona Card, check the opening times and how to access each site at: https://turismo.comune.verona.it/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=35298
- The Verona Card does not include the Aerobus service
- Please note that pets can't enter most of the museums included in the Verona Card. (Exceptions: Torre di Lamberti, Giardino Giusti and Museo di Storia Naturale)
- Several museums are closed on Mondays including the Anfiteatro Arena and Casa di Giulietta (Juliet's Balcony)
- ALL civic museums and monuments will be open on the days of April 25 and May 1
- On September 5th Castelvecchio Museum will closed to the public
- On September 6th Casa di Giulietta (Juliet's Balcony) will be closed to the public
- From 15th October to 6th December 2024, the Arena of Verona will be closed to the public. From 7th December to 31st of December 2024, it will close at 3:00 PM.
