Manuela was wonderful! She adjusted the time to 2 hours, per my request, so that our 3 daughters could pay attention the entire time. When it ended…we felt like we could have continued another hour because she was delightful and kept us all engaged the entire time. Verona was wonderful and without the tour, we would have just scratched the surface. Highly recommend this tour!!

Manuela was a walking encyclopedia version of Venice! You could tell she was passionate about sharing every detail of this beautiful UNESCO city with my husband and I. We were able to see all the key areas eg #coughjulietbalcony without much wait, just minutes. Our biggest regret was not leaving enough time after the tour to go back to immerse more in the places she showed. Manuela is excellent extremely knowledgeable professional. She packs a lot into a three hour tour but does it in a way that does not overwhelm you. She just has a way of making the history of this area easy to understand. She is also great at communicating before the tour and her suggestion for after the tour were spot on Highly recommend
