The guide didn't show up, we waited for 30 minutes at the meeting point, we chose to buy our ticket so as not to miss the trip. We are awaiting contact from the firm for full reimbursement. Red Flag 1: I was given a time to meet with full instructions. The Guide was not there 10-15mins before with sign or turn up before the group. Red Flag 2: No sign to say who you are. We all wondering what was going on. Remember it was early morning we are tourist. You should be there early to meet the group. Red Flag 3: Told 7 hours. But 3 hrs travelling both way. 40 minutes walk both way. Do the maths. Red Flag 4: Don't book this. Take the train yourself and do your own Verona Tour. Red Flag 5: No thank you for booking this tour or goodbye. Seems to be in a rush to leave. Value for money? No way I wasted my money and time. Could have done this way cheaper and easier myself.
