This gallery was an excellent experience the self guided tour option with the electronic guide was very informative, as well one of the tour guides who was speaking English invited us to stay for their presentation on some of the pieces. She was very well spoken and brought an understanding to some of the works that I wouldn’t have understood on my own. As well the garden area was a nice place to relax and take in the outdoor pieces of art.

Although I'm not a massive fan of modern art I did enjoy my day at the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. I mostly enjoyed the sculpture, the blue glass objects in the window were stunning. The little area overlooking the Grand Canal was amazing just watching the traffic.

Having the pre-book tickets is an amazing benefit. However, the directions should’ve been more clearer. There is a long line to enter the museum. You need to literally skip the line push your way through to the interior courtyard where there is a completely separate line for prepaid ticket holders. It would be incredibly helpful if there was separate signage indicating that there is another line for prepaid ticket holders. The 60 or so individual in the regular line have no idea why people are “cutting the line”. Once you go into the pre-paid line ticket, if you’ve missed your entrance time (as we did because we waited in the main line) you need to once again literally skip the line go to the lady in the front and tell her what your entrance time was so she can let you in. The whole process is a bit uncomfortable.
