Anna was our chef and welcome us to her home with open arms. She has a lovely home and her cat was so adorable and calm around people. She understood that I had a lactose problem and was able to change the entire menu for me. We made Ravioli, Tiramisu, and Maltagliati. It was hard work and worth it! She gave us spritz and it was amazing. Amazing places to go visit during our stay and restaurant to eat! Anna is so kind and sweet and I absolutely love her outgoing personality. 100% recommend Anna Please be aware that the cooking class takes TIME! We were there from 10-2 so be prepared to take a while!

INCREDIBLE! So easy and fun yet informative and collaborative. Amazing group. Instructor was so cool. The house was super cozy and inviting. Wine, champagne, water and snacks while waiting in between cooking sessions. Made 2 types of pasta and incredible tiramisu. The instructor shared her homemade limoncello with us as well. Would 10/10 recommend. We even went out for drinks with another couple from our class after! Amazing experience. Must do.

Barbara was fantastic! She walked us through the process of making the most amazing meal ever! This was by far one of our favorite experiences on our whole vacation! We made spaghetti and gnocchi as well as tiramisu. Barbara was so kind and personable throughout the entire class! She opened her home in love and kindness! We could really tell she loved what she was doing and are honored to be able to go home and share her family’s tradition of pasta making with our family and friends! If you’re not sure about this I explore you to cast away any doubt and do it! You will not have any regrets!
