Well I have to take my hat off to Barbara she really immersed us in the Vancian culture. We had such a great time making pasta and listening to her reminisce when she was a little girl with her mum being taught how to make it and passing that good knowledge on to us how we miss that in todays society. We shared our experience with 4 other guests from around the world USA & Portugal it was great to meet them as well. An opportunity not to be missed.

This was by far the BEST experience we had in Venice. We were in someone's house that was built in the 1930s with old world bookcases and decor. The chefs were super fun and light hearted, making the experience so enjoyable. We were there for 5 hours and it went by so fast. We were traveling with 2 fifteen year olds and they absolutely loved it! Don't miss out - book this experience NOW!!

Let me start by saying, this experience exceeded all of my expectations for the class. I was warmly met with a refreshing lemon and mint water while we waited on the rest of the group to arrive. Giulia used a mixture of modeling and hands-on experience to keep everyone involved with the learning process. After making our pasta dough, Giulia unexpectedly made us an appetizer and aperitif of Prosecco. And after dessert was finished, she offered coffee. This is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had while in Italy. Fair warning, we were there almost four hours…but it was well worth it!!
