What to Remember
• A3 (high cushion) running shoes are strongly recommended
• Always check the weather forecast to dress appropriately, and please note that the tour will only be cancelled in cases of phenomenally high water or extreme meteorological events, such as the bora wind or a big storm
• Runners must be 18 years or older or/and the legal guardian of any minors under 18 years old
• Runners must be able to comfortably run at a running pace of 5.5-6 min/km
