How It Works
1. Purchase your pass and activate it within 6 months.
2. Download the official Venice Pass App from the Google Play Store or App Store.
3. Receive an email with instructions to access the app and activate your pass.
4. Once activated, the pass is valid for 2 consecutive days.
5. Show your digital pass for free entry to attractions and unlimited public transport.


Good to Know
- Entry to Doge’s Palace is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (security checks may cause minor delays).
- Fast-track access is available for St. Mark’s Square museums—use the “ENTRANCE TICKETS PRE-PACKED” lane.
- Always check attraction opening hours before visiting.
- An internet connection is required to use the pass.
- Each included attraction can be visited once per pass.
- Children aged 0-6 enter for free.
- To collect your ACTV transport ticket, visit a Venezia Unica sales point or an ACTV Automatic Ticket Machine and enter the ACTIV code found in your app.
