Know before you go

  • Ticket is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
  • Entry is free for children under six years old and for disabled visitors and carers. You will need to pick up your free entry ticket from the ticket office upon arrival
  • Access to the Doge’s Palace must be made from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM by a dedicated entrance
  • The Museums of Piazza San Marco: Museo Correr, Museo Archeologico Nazionale, and Sale Biblioteca Marciana are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry 4:00 PM)
  • Please note that on certain days between 25 April 2024 and 14 July 2024, every visitor to Venice is required to pay an Access Fee directly to the City of Venice, except for specific exemptions. For dates, methods of payment, in order to benefit from the payment exemption and for all additional information please consult the website cda.ve.it
