The tour started 30 minutes after the allocated time due to the area being very busy with people needing help from the staff. The tour guide was excellent, the information provided was very detailed and she was engaging and friendly. Skipped the long queues in the hot sun. We’ll worth the money. Lasted approx 2.5 hours, 3 including the delayed start.

It was an unforgettable experience! I recommend to all lovers of Venice to discover its beauties through guided visits. We chose a private visit for two with Francesco: professional, competent, friendly: he explained the history and secrets of the Doge's Palace and the Basilica San Marco in a complete and precise way.

Exciting tour with a passionate guide

We took a very interesting trip through the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica with our German-speaking guide Natalie. She shared the most important facts and anecdotes about the palace and cathedral in our group of around 20 people very passionately and with an eye for the special. The technical equipment via headset was necessary and appropriate (wireless range could be increased a bit). All in all highly recommended!
