Very interesting!

Booked the tour the day before. It was a short but interesting tour. On top of that you get a small gift;) The boss, who explained the glass blowing, could not only Italian, but also German, English and French. Questions you had were also answered very well. I would book the tour again!

they solved the problem

Although we did not have the interpreter in Spanish, I don't know why, we arrived five minutes late (instead of 15 minutes before we went 10 minutes before) and when they came to find us they had already done the demonstration. They gave us explanations, which we did not understand, but they returned to do the demonstration for us. So I value the master craftsman.

Sales pitch included

Met the guide in St Marks Square only the two of us on the tour until we were taken to the factory showroom where the glass blowing demonstration we had booked as almost finished for a large tour group from Japan. We were in less then 2 minutes and asked to follow the guide who took us to a sales room and proceeded with her sales pitch. We took it all in and asked when we could see the demo we had paid to see. She replied it’s finished so we persisted and eventually the “Master” agreed we could see him at work. A quick demonstration followed to just us well worth it in the end. And yes we did but something despite the sales patter we found something we liked and wanted.
