it was so easy to get the voucher exchanged, and the airport was very well sign posted so we could not get lost even if we tried! people were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of staff to help along the way if we had questions. The boat ride around on the blue line to Marco polo was quite long and we travelled at night so couldn't see much but I imagine it would be beautiful during the day. highly recommend pre-booking so that it was all sorted and the process easy.

the best way to get a transfer from the airport. We made the most of the ticket and enjoyed seeing the sights. It was a little difficult to find the ticket office as we missed the sign to go up the escalator but we were tired after our flight. Once we found the right place a boat came within 15 minutes.
