My guide was excellent! She was very efficient and helpful and knowledgeable about all of my questions. She had a strong Italian accent, but that added to the charm of the whole experience. The audio quality on the headsets was not as good as I would like, and the overall cost was more expensive than I would prefer to have paid. I have almost never used a guide because I like visiting on my own with high-quality audio guides that I’ve downloaded from reputable sources. I do find it frustrating that the guide services buy up a lot of the Timed entry tickets so we have no choice but to buy an expensive guided tour instead. Regardless overall, the tour was very enjoyable and informative.
The guide was very knowledgeable and accessible for questions Thank you Stephan? Sorry ic I missed your name
