The Basilica and our tour guide were truly the highlights of this experience—both were exceptional. That said, the management of this tour company was extremely unaccommodating and unkind. If you’re even slightly late due to circumstances beyond your control, they will leave without hesitation. We were lucky to make it just in time after a stressful sprint. If possible, I’d recommend doing this amazing experience with a different provider—but definitely don’t miss the chance to enter the Basilica. It’s a must.
