We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a guided tour led by Denise, and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and professionalism. From the moment we began, it was clear that Denise possessed a deep knowledge of the subject matter, providing us with fascinating insights and historical context that brought the palace to life. Her articulate and engaging storytelling captivated the entire group, making the experience not just informative but truly enjoyable. Denise’s friendly demeanor and approachability created a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging questions and interactions throughout the tour. She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt included and engaged, making the experience memorable for all participants. However, I would like to suggest that the palace consider providing more seating options at each stage of the tour. The lengthy waits can be challenging, particularly for guests over 65, who may require additional support during the tour.
