Full description
Enjoy a romantic adventure in Venice and climb aboard a beautiful Venetian boat to cruise around the city as the sun sets. Depart from central Venice and head for the islands of St. Andrea and Vignole. You will then cruise along the Lido, heading towards the quiet islands of San Lazzaro degli Armeni, San Servolo, San Clemente, Le Grazie, Giudecca, and San Giorgio Maggiore. Between Giudecca and San Giorgio you will be served a glass of sparkling Prosecco to sip as you take in breathtaking views of the Salute Church and St. Mark's Square. Watch as the sun descends in the sky and paints the beautiful architecture and waters of the lagoon shades of red, orange, and amber. Wonderful experience! The weather was not the best for us, but Tomazzo was communicative with us about the likelihood of the excursion. Once we were on the water, Tomazzo served us Prosecco and told us much about Venetian history and culture. Though the water was choppy from the storm, our spirits were high as he guided us masterfully through the tour. 10/10 recommend.

Not what we expected but overall a pleasant experience Not much room on the boat itself & not the comfiest particularly if passengers are on the “large” size… Captain was funny & entertaining providing historical commentary which was just enough allowing you time to watch & enjoy the view…

My family and I had the great pleasure of being guided by Tomosa on his classic Venetian styled boat. Honestly, it wasn’t the boat, the possible sunset, or anything else that made the trip it was Tomosa. Hands down an exceptionally smart, humorous, and well spoken skipper. My husband and I enjoyed his stories and wit so much that we almost had to be reminded to take pictures. He was organized by explaining to us what we were doing, where we were going and when we would do certain things. I found him to be considerate of our elderly group member to ensure she made it into the boat safely. We just had such a great time with him and learning some of Venice’s history. My husband and I love naval history and seeing Venice from this perspective was so much fun. We drank Prosecco, the whole bottle. I would highly recommend take a cruise with him, sunset, no sunset… it’s still an absolute blast to talk to him and hear all the wonderful historical stories.
