The drivers were all on time for my team’s arrival at the airport which I appreciated. However, once the team lost their luggage, we had to wait an additional hour and a half. We ended up being charged for every half hour we were over an hour which was never stated to me until after we had gone beyond that time. On top of that, the one driver (bald guy) yelled at me the whole time I was waiting for the team as if it was my fault the luggage was lost. He was not friendly at all. However the other two (Marco and the grey haired guy) were a lot nicer.
