It was amazing. Everyone was so nice and explained the history of glass making with a demonstration making a candy dish and then making a horse. We then made glass bead bracelets before entering the showroom. Each room was covered with glass and more amazing then the next. Needless to say we bought different pieces of glass and they are shipping them home to us for free. Overall it was a great experience. The island is just for glass making and everything closes at 5pm so dont expect to stay any longer then that. Also best idea is to get and all day water bus ticket to use for getting around beforehand and make sure to get to the meeting place early

Amazing glass blowing demo. Explained very well by the staff. The process from blob of glass to be transformed into a vase or intricately moulded into an animal was a truly amazing thing to watch. The workshop after the demo was fun to do and very nice to be able to take something home you have made. The factory where you can buy some of the masterpieces the glass masters have produced was for me the best part of the tour. To see and appreciate the works of art was breathtaking. I shall return one day to purchase one for my home. Staff were informative and so friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

We really enjoyed the workshop. The demo was very cool. My teenaged daughter, my husband and I...we all made one bracelet each using Murano beads. Afterwards, we walked thru their showroom/store. We were staying in San Marco so taking the boat to Murano was a lot of fun. Our guide Gianluco was wonderful.
