What People Are Saying About Venice
We loved getting to cook with Michela. The class was fun, informative and easy to follow for a beginner. Our meal was fantastic and had so many great flavors. We will definitely use what we learned and try to recreate at home! It was also a great experience to talk with and get to know a local in Venice. We felt so welcomed, and got a few great insider tips for where to go and things to do.
Very good trip, excellent staff and well organised. Only comments. Tour guide presentation intrusive it was delivered loudly in several languages. Murano visit only included glass blowing and no time to see what looked a great location. Would like more time at Burano and less at Torchello. That said you need to got back independently.
Would have liked to have a bit more time on each island but when you only have a day it fits a lot in one trip. We discovered that it is possible to do the trips via the water buses and you could do it on a day ticket but if getting back for a cruise ship you need to be sure that you are going to get on a return boat on time.
We had a large group (Halloween) so we split into two group, we had a marvelous older woman as a guide who spoke good English and perfect German. It was fun!
A good way to visit less crowded areas of Venice at nght. More interesting historically than actually spooky but still good for children.
