The boat trip was great however the arrangements on here to meeting point are not very clear and we nearly missed the boat! They should be made clear that you go to the boats and don’t stand in front of the military barrack waiting on someone coming to meet you !

Just perfect. The location on the platform is a few meters from St. Mark's Square. The cruise was especially enjoyable and I experienced a lot. The guide constantly explained in different languages about the places we pass by. It was fascinating! The glass workshop that was transferred was fascinating and amazing, then you can buy original glass works at a significantly cheaper price from the shops nearby. Then the trip to Burano was very special, the city is stunning and beautiful. Lots of places to take pictures and drink beer! To sum up: very highly recommended experience, worth every Euro and do not miss it !!!

The boat was easy to spot at the meeting point and the staff was nice. In Murano we had 1 hour but we spend 15 minutes watching the glass making demonstration which was really educative. The island is small so beside taking pictures and buying souvenir, 45 minutes was more than enough to visit its main canal. We then went to Burano where we had 90 minutes for a self-tour. I would recommend folks to eat/drink there as you have more time and the island has bigger cafes and restaurants. I saw a huge line of people queuing for the public ferry and I was glad to have opted for the tour! Overall, the tour was great and a good value for the price.
