We had booked a walking tour through major parts of the city, followed by a guided tour (and fast-lane queuing) for the Doge's palace. Our guide was engaging, very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. Such a great storyteller! We're sorry we didn't catch her name to send some extra kudos. Thanks to her we felt the tour was def. worth the money, without her we probably wouldn't have been too impressed by the palace. Great job!

An educational tour that I can recommend. The Day Palace was really worth seeing. The guides were great. Gave us great tips on restaurants and other activities.

The French speaking guide unfortunately did not show up. The visit to the city went very well: we should have accelerated the pace since for the visit of the Doge's Palace, we were late. We visited it a bit quickly. It is a visit to be made (despite the many tourists): we cannot imagine the grandeur of the palace.
