  • Dine on a traditional lunch with an Antipasto (plate of salami and/or cheeses), a first course (risotto or homemade pasta), and homemade dessert

Overview
Take a drive up the winding mountain roads to visit an Alpine cheese farm. Learn how cheese is made, taste the fresh cheese, and enjoy a light lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue to Campion winery to taste wines and see where Prosecco is made.
What to Expect
Get out of the city for a day and take a trip to the mountains for cheese and wine tasting!

Your first stop is an Alpine cheese farm, where cheese is produced directly on the premises. The tasting begins when the cheese maker, Mr. Gallina, opens wheels of ricotta, smoked ricotta, and a variety of farmer's cheeses to taste.

When you have had your fill and learn about the cheese-making process, continue driving through the countryside to your lunch destination. Here you will dine on authentic, homemade specialties, ranging from Prosecco to Moka coffee.

Afterward, head to "Campion," a small, family-run winery, that produces 6 different kinds of Prosecco, each made with strict quality standards. Learn about the process and try out the varieties yourself.
