This truly is the best tour for someone who only has one day in LA. We saw all the hot spots with a not-too-long, not-too-short amount of time to explore everywhere we went. All the passengers were great & we all took pics for each other at stops. Since you’re seeing everything in one day, wear your walking shoes! I definitely found myself jogging to explore everything I wanted to see at each spot, but well-worth it for seeing such a huge city in one day! I especially liked how much info our guide provided along the way, and the fact that there are ports for phone chargers at each seat took the stress off of needing to make a phone battery last the whole day. We drove through Santa Monica, stopped in Venice, stopped in Beverly Hills/Rodeo Dr, went to the Farmer’s Market for lunch and shopping, went to Griffith Observatory (closed due to covid, but offered a great view of the Hollywood sign and downtown LA), and walked amongst the stars on Hollywood Blvd (plus more time for shopping).
Star line office employee at Santa Monica Pier refused my ticket. She said it take 24 hrs after online booking with GetYourGuide website. But I got confirmation of my booking with you. She said you ( the agent of star line) should not have booked with only 6 hrs of gap between booking time and trip start time. After 30 minutes of my pleading, she allowed us to take the trip.
I enjoyed the day. The guide Alex was knowledgable and good company. My mistake was not hiring an electric bike as 7 hrs in the LA sun on a push bike is harder than you think!
The tour was ok. But the driver/guide was perfect. Thanks to him, I’ve learnt a lot about the city’s history! Would recommend if you are travelling alone as well as me.
Awesome 5rip and we did not expect to stop in front of the celeb homes or get to stand on the beach for a few minutes. My daughter just loved the whole thing
