Our guy did an excellent job of detailing the information that we were able to see. He was knowledgeable and his English is good. The location and information provided during the tour was exceptional. It’s a once in a lifetime experience! I wish there was a way to accomplish the same thing under less rushed circumstances. There’s so much to see, and they’re just simply isn’t enough time! The only negative, and I have was about the breakfast. The breakfast was very enjoyable. The people serving were not pleasant or polite, the food was cold and stale, and generally not a good value for the money. We did a similar tour in Edinburgh at the castle, and it was excellent and amazing. The food was provided on time, warm, with pleasant individuals, who were willing and able to participate in the experience! It made all the difference in the world.

The breakfast was disappointing. You don't get the breakfast in the picture and we were told the plate of meat and sausages were to be shared for 2 people. I enjoyed the coffee and the yogurt. The tour was good - concise, informative and not cheek and jowl crowded but at 8am there were still A LOT of people in the museums.

We arrived as schedule only to find out we were not on the list for this tour. my wife and I were upset!!! apparently we were on another list which did not include the breakfast portion. we have been told we will get a partial refund. I would greatly appreciate if tha can be followed up.
