my experience was very good. however, the skip the line privilege isnt how it sounds, you still have to do a line and wait but it is quicker. I dont know how to compares to the regular line but there doesnt appear to be much difference. Further, when we went to pick up the tickets, they are very punctual so they issue the tickets at the exact time but they also issue it to everybody else that requested it at that time, so you head to the destination with a large group of people which was annoying honestly. other than that, nice personnel, organized , and punctual.
Would have liked for the guide to explain a little better where to go and how the lines would work. It was very confusing. He just gave us the ticket print outs and said to go to the entrance. There were many different lines and we didn’t know which one. Or where to go exactly
