Feeling so blessed for the opportunity to see this holy place and be able to pray in the church. Thank you.
The ticket emailed to you allows you to stand directly in the queue - you do not need to find a group or an office to redeem your ticket. The time slots are super busy and they are strict so don’t turn up too early! The audio guide is great but you need to collect it upstairs once you’re through the turnstile. It’s like a phone that you dial and listen to. The tour really does take a long time, even at your own pace. We got a coffee and a croissant (delicious) and it wasn’t expensive at all which really surprised us. Toilets are located along the tour. The Sistine Chapel was rammed and not as big as I was expecting. No photos inside here so be prepared. The whole tour was well organised and I think value for money for what we experienced.
