The Guide (Alyssa) was very friendly and knowledgeable. After an initial problem with getting our headsets (which she sorted out very calmly), Alyssa guided us through the multiple rooms and areas, providing interesting facts as we went. The group was larger than I had hoped (18) and the Vatican area very busy, so not for the faint-hearted or physically limited as groups are pushed through at a steady/quite fast pace!

Tour was great. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. But the tour was long and we wore long pants as shorts were not allowed as per our Info. Not true. Most men had shorts on. As per info you could not take water with you from outside. There was not a single water station for the duration of the tour. This was a problem for some of our fellow tour goers, as it was for me. That was a huge negative for me. It was very hot and not a single water station around. Other than that the tour was very educational and interesting.

Patricia was an excellent guide, providing interesting information throughout the tour! It was nice to do the early morning tour since it was not too busy, although there was already a long queue outside the museum. It was quite expensive, but we were a small group and it was personal and insightful. The check in process through security was also seamless and it was nice to be able to skip the long queue.
