What people are saying about Vatican Museums

Full day of culture and walking but worth it!

Getting into the Vatican Museums and viewing all the parts of this tour, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica was very stressful due to crowding. We were very concerned about getting lost and it was uncomfortable with so many people around but imagine if we did not have Skip the Line tickets! In no way was it the fault of our guide but we believe they should limit the numbers going in as they did in the afternoon session when we entered at the Colosseum. It was a far more pleasant experience at the Colosseum, Palatine and Roman Forum despite the extremely hot temperatures! The size of the group was also smaller as well which helped!

Execellent tour of colliseum with lovely guide

Great tour of colluseum with lovely guide Claudia. She brought the history to life and had a clear passion for her job. Terrible rushed tour of Vatican City with a tour guide who didn’t even tell us her name. Despite numerous members of the group asking her to slow down she wouldn’t and blamed it all on us. Disappointed by the Vatican tour but loved colluseum tour. Overall well organised and skip the line access was great!

Excellent staff across the company, routing needs to improve

Good for use in Vatican city and for seeing a few of the key Rome tourist places but two things about the bus. Firstly, the route needs to be bigger or run a second circuit. Secondly, the bus stops are really unclear when you are in the street looking for it. The staff on the buses are exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The 'inclusives' for site visits are good. Value for money? Probably.

Good tour. Viviana our guide was very knowledgeable.

Good tours you skip all the lines. In the museam and chapel is busy but tbatvis to be expected. Our guide viviana was great. The worst thing about the tour was the other people in our group. Constantly complaining about how long it was and some were rude. It clearly states the tour goes for 3 hours. But it's was a good tour. It should not be missed

Excellent guides and worth it looking at the queue

The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Milena for the Vatican was slow and steady and funny. She took her time to explain and it was great. The Colosseum guide was this tall gentleman who had a smile in his face all the time. He was great too. Taking care and waiting for everyone at every stop. Good job
