The tour continues to the Hungarian Parliament, a huge neo-gothic building with 28 staircases, which are more than 20km long. From here you will get your first view of the beautiful Danube. Continue to Andrassy Street, the boulevard of Budapest where you will find the most beautiful buildings and exclusive shops of Pest. The tour will pass Nagymezö Utca, the Broadway of Budapest. This street is full of bars, clubs, and theaters, and we will advise you on the best places for a night out in Budapest. Next the tour will take you through Hôsök Tere or Heroes Square, then walk to the city park Városliget, where you will have the chance to relax in the Vajdahunyad Castle, with its gardens and green areas. When we hop on our bikes again you will see the world famous Szechenyi Thermal Bath, the Fun Park, and the Budapest Zoo. The tour will return to the Basilika through small winding streets where you will get a real sense of old Budapest. You will see old buildings, damaged during the civil war, and discover the hidden corners of this wonderful city. You will pass The Big Synagogue, Nagy Zsinagóga, which is the biggest in Europe.

Explore Budapest, the so-called "Paris of the East," on a comfortable and innovative e-bike. You will either use our bikes with wooden frames from my-esel or Kalkhoff Berleen e-bikes. Please note that an e-bike means a bicycle with electric support and still requires you to pedal. First up, take in the full length of Andrássy Avenue passing the Hungarian State Opera House, the House of Terror, and arrive at Heroes' Square. You can be sure your guide will have all the stories along the way. From Heroes' Square, continue into City Park where you’ll be surprised by a fake castle and the Széchenyi Thermal Bath, the largest and most popular in the city. The trip continues with highlights like the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music and the Jewish Quarter before diving into the downtown area.  See and learn about St. Stephen's Basilica, the largest church in Budapest. In the heart of the financial district lies Liberty Square with a bloody history and a disputed Holocaust memorial. From here it is not far from the Hungarian Parliament Building, a landmark in Budapest. Next, reach the Danube River with a breathtaking view of the Buda side of the city. You will pass the Monument of the Shoes, but please note that direct access cannot always be granted. Cross the newly renovated Chain Bridge now closed for private cars and arrive at Buda, from where you will start to climb Castle Hill. Here the electric support of your bike will show its strength. Admire Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion before returning to the Danube Bank and passing the historical Rudas Bath. At Gellért Hill, see the famous Gellért Thermal Bath cross back to Pest via Liberty Bridge, the most popular bridge in Budapest. Do not miss the Central Market Hall and the Hungarian National Museum before you reach the Dohány Street Synagogue, the final stop on the tour before you return to the starting point of the tour.

End your tour at Hősök tere, one of the major squares in Budapest, and spend some time in City Park before you return to the office. This is not a privat tour, you will ride with other cyclists! Starting by the opulent Opera House, you’ll travel up Andrassy Avenue to the first historical site - Hero’s Square. Behind this stretches the tranquil City Park, where you’ll learn about some of the buildings in the park, including Vajdahunyad Castle and Szechenyi Thermal Bath. Continue to the center of town, travelling past the impressive St. Stephen’s Basilica and the nearby Liberty Square, where you can check out the Parliament. Cycle towards Margaret Bridge and take a detour off to Margaret Island, an entire park on an island, where you can relax while the guide will be on hand to answer questions and tell you stories from Budapest’s tumultuous past. Cross the river and stop at Batthyany Square to take a break for coffee and cake. Afterwards, make your way up the winding hill to reach the Buda Castle District. Thanks to your e-bike, the trip up won’t be exhausting and when you arrive at the top you will be rewarded with magnificent panoramic views of the entire city. Head back down the hill and cross the Danube to the Pest side of the city. Cruise down the Danube Promenade, passing the Great Market Hall and Pest downtown before the tour concludes back at the Opera House.

Crossing Elizabeth Bridge to the Pest side we pass by the famous Central Market Hall and Europe’s largest synagogue, followed by a drive to the City Park. Along the way, pass the largest thermal spa in Europe and the Budapest Zoo, then stop at Heroes’ Square, where you’ll find statues of famed Hungarian kings. The tour continues from here down Andrássy Avenue to downtown Pest, passing the Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica.

I’ll take your sightseeing tour to the next level by creating amazing photos of your unforgettable moments. I am more than happy to take groups as well (maximum 4 persons). The 2 hour journey will take you to the best photo-worthy spots around Budapest’s most famous landmarks such as the Hungarian Parliament, St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Liberty Bridge, Kálvin Square and the historic buildings of Ferenciek Square. If we have some time left we have two optional routes to choose from: 1, Visiting the Heroes Square and Vajdahunyad Castle or 2, Visiting the Great Market Hall. We will start our photo-walk near the Hungarian Parliament (Kossuth Lajos tér metro station) and will explore the landmarks on the east side of the city (Pest). However, if you would like to have a classic photo with the Hungarian Parliament in the background, we will take the metro to go to the west side of the city (Buda) - for this please bring 2 BKK tickets with you (or some coins to buy 2 tickets - 700 HUF). After the tour I’ll send you all the unedited photos and you can choose your 10 favorite. 10 edited photos will be sent to you within 4 days. In case the weather conditions are not suitable we can reschedule the time or a refund can be chosen. I can’t wait to meet you and show you our beautiful city.

I had an absolute blast during my outdoor photoshoot! The experience was so much fun, and the photographer was incredibly nice, professional, and dedicated. They made me feel comfortable and captured some truly stunning shots. Highly recommend!

Franziska was very kind and funny. She took time to give us explanations despite the hot weather. We shared a time off on the island marguerite. It was cool and a little bit scary when you never drove a roller before.

This was a wonderful Tour. we saw so much of Budapest and lernen a lot about the moving history, as well as food, drinks and perplex. Our Guido (Karson) Was great!

What a great way to orient myself to the city! This is a no frills tour with lots of fun history tid bits. Also, the guide took lots of great photos for me!
