Excellent. On time pickup at hostels. Even came back for some late ppl. Guides Duang and Pu communicated well. Told us what to expect. River was easy and clean, see through water. Then we bought more activities at lagoon with cash. Duong made it possible. The operator guy at wonderfull tours knows english and apparently everybody in Laos. Found us last minute bus to Luang Prabang, took him four calls. Wonderfull Service!! Thanks!

Absolutely amazing and such good value for money!! Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion with the pick-up as everywhere it said pick-up was at the activity start time (9am) and we were there at 8:45am, but they had already been and gone around 8:30am. Nevertheless, the came back and got us which was great! It was a jam-packed day, really adventurous and fun! Also each activity was really versatile. We even thought there was only one zip line and were surprised when we found there were multiple! Even with it being really busy, it didn’t feel rushed at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as informative and gave us really interesting facts. Throughout the day gave us plenty of bottles of water. The BBQ lunch was also really tasty and was a very good portion size. The staff were also very good at ensuring they checked allergies/dietary requirements. Thank you all for a brilliant day! Unforgettable experiences and high recommend! Overall, a fantastic experience!!
