It was a great experience and Byron was an awesome and knowledgeable tour guide. Most of the group were fun and it was value for money. Included hotel pick up, ferries, tickets and being driven around the island. I could have used less time at butchart gardens and more time in Victoria. Being picked up last also meant I was dudded with a seat, being seated next to someone at the front on crutches who wanted my space for leg room, so very cramped for me next to them on an angle (I might add they had a skinny sibling on next seat who could have EASILY been more comfortable over a random having to be awkwardly seated there). Super annoying. Also 2 other spare seats could be seen at the back but were impossible to get to with the way people were spread across into them. Would have appreciated more support with seating from guide as I ended up taking charge, taking another spare seat and ruffling feathers of those who by luck were picked up before me, and very comfortable in their spots!

Basil, our tour guide was the best for each step trip and make sure we had all the information we needed, Victoria is a beautiful place, and he made sure we didn’t miss anything, it’s a long day for this tour, but he kept everybody’s spirits up with his wonderful, personality and knowledge! Loved every minute!

We had an interesting and beautiful day and this trip was well-worth the money. We enjoyed the leisurely, round-trip ferry ride and had a delicious meal onboard during our return trip. The Victoria Harbor was bustling and fun, with lots to see. The Butchart Gardens were glorious! Our Landsea tour guide, Rob, was very approachable and attentive. I loved everything about this day!
