A wonderful day! Dave was an excellent driver and tour leader - so obvious that he enjoyed his job. He was very informative about everything we were seeing. Loved the sea to sky gondola ride and even though it was drizzling in Whistler, we had a good lunch (at a place recommended by Dave - Furniture Warehouse) and strolled around the village.

Well it all started because senior management ( My Wife) made a corporate decision that as it was her Significant birthday that had us in Vancouver then we were going to Whistler. We don’t ski, never have and as for snow boarding , well let’s just I couldn’t stand on a surf board on the beach so theres no chance either if of us could do it on a snowboard!! We booked a trip and were picked up from our hotel in a very luxurious bus, very friendly driver who even came to the lobby to find us. We met up with the rest of the tour group and set off with our driver, historian and Dad joke specialist Leslie. The weather was terrible but the journey was brilliant due to the constant chatter from Leslie about all the local history and characters that had carved out the province of British Colombia. We stopped at the sea to sky Gondolas ride, amazing experience. On to Whistler and if you like shopping , food, beer your in heaven, oh yea and snow ! Return journey was as good and dropped to Hotel.

Kevin was a great tour guide, knew all the best photo spots! Tip: sit on the left side of the bus to get great views on the way to whistler and on the right side on the way back to downtown Vancouver. However, tour bus needs a better mic/speaker system, at times was hard to hear/understand what Kevin was saying.
