We enjoyed the prerecorded information about the areas we were passing through. Two of the drivers did not use the prerecorded information and talked about politics and their favourite restaurants etc.. Not helpful or informative. We passed by a statue that was clearly Terry Fox and no info was given.

I’m rating it good for what it does but was slightly annoying that it advertises as taking a route around Stanley park, and even mentions it in the commentary on the bus but when we asked we are told they no longer do the second route. I explained to a member of staff that this could be misleading and people may buy the two day ticket thinking this was still on offer and it isn’t.

Our bus was behind due to traffic, so after waiting fo almost an hour for it, the bus driver told us that we would be skipping a third of the scheduled stops to make up time. People were livid as we had paid for the full tour, but even when he called in to express everyone's anger about the situation, they still wouldn't let him stop at the last 6 stops. We had to stay on for another trip around the tour to be able to see all of the stops on the tour that we had paid for. We did enjoy the tour overall but we feel like it was not good customer service to deprive people who didn't have the time to stay on the bus for another hour and a half of their full tour that they had paid for.
