What to Expect
This night photowalk tour starts at Bridges Restaurant, where you'll be given an introduction to the basics of long exposure photography. Your guide will assess your photography skill level during introductions and throughout the tour.

The photowalk covers basic architectural and composition aspects with the help of the stunning Vancouver skyline and the Burrard and Granville Street bridges. As twilight arrives, capture the aquabus or false creek ferries as they shuttle people across the water.

If time permits, you will learn special effects like shallow depth of field at night, painting with light and capturing light trails

What to Remember
Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Don't forget to charge your batteries and bring a memory card with room to shoot!

A tripod is required but there will be some for rent if you didn't bring one on your trip. They are an additional $10, payable to your photo-guide.

If it's pouring, the tour won't run. It's hard to learn when everybody is concerned about their gear getting soaked. In the event of rain, you will be offered a full refund or opportunity to rebook into another photowalk.

Last minute bookings may not be possible, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

Also please note that the start time of these photowalks shifts throughout the year! On average, the tour begins about 30 minutes prior to sunset. You will be contacted within a week of the photowalk and advised of the exact start time.
