Absolutely wonderful museum, I learnt a lot of new facts about Van Gogh that I was not aware of. I went with friends, 2 whom thought it was ok but Art isn't their thing, although they to felt there was interesting facts to take in. Whilst they wouldn't revisit, I would.

This was a wonderful museum! But it's important to make the top floor to find out quite how good. A friend of mine bailed out on the third floor and complained that there weren't many Van Goghs in the museum! Assuming you make it, however, you will find treasures galore - several of them by associated artists such as Van Dongen and Munch. Hard to tear oneself away actually. My only complaint is that, despite booking times, there were too many people many of whom seemed to think it was OK to hold a mobile up in front of you when you were trying to enjoy a painting. But, overall, this is a lifetime experience. So thanks guys!

We appreciated that we were allowed to take pictures inside the museum. However, the guy assigned at Van Gogh most popular paintings was rude. We we’re already in line when he told us to get out of the line and just retirn later because of long lines. His side comments was inappropriate. He was shouting “do you understand people”? How dare he would asked that to their guests. The other lady beside me was also pissed off.
