Full description

We will pass by you and go to the Casablanca valley, we will stop at the Rio Tinto store (wine outlet), a technical stop for bathrooms, breakfast, shopping and much more, we will go to Valparaíso and we will get to know this beautiful world heritage city: (National Congress, Casa Pablo Neruda (panoramic), Cerro Alegre, Plaza Sotomayor, we will take a short walk to get to know this city better.
Then we will go to Viña del Mar, also called garden city, where we will visit the famous Flower Clock, Avenida Perú, Fonck Museum (Moai) and the
Reñaca Beach, where we will also have time for our lunch.

Includes

  • Departure from your hotel, return to the same place of departure, only in the communities of Santiago described above.
  • Stop in Casablanca, to have breakfast, (not included) wine tasting, shop to buy handicrafts and liquors, bathrooms and money exchange.
  • Walk through Valparaiso, use of the world heritage funicular, and panoramic walk through the city, visit to Viña del Mar, in a panoramic way and stops for photos at (flower clock, Fonk museum, Reñaca beach, lunch), arrival at Santiago approximately 5:00 p.m.
  • There is a stop in the morning on the way for people who need to have breakfast, which is not included, there is also a wine, liquor and craft store, for tourists who want to buy, there is time for lunch at noon that It is not included in the tour rate.

Took a tour to Valparaíso & Viña del Mar—some great moments but room for improvement. Our guide, Rapha, was excellent, knowledgeable, and multilingual. However, the itinerary could be better. The 30+ minute breakfast stop in Casablanca was unnecessary, with overpriced empanadas and coffee at $12. Valparaíso stops covered the highlights well, but Viña del Mar was underwhelming. The flower clock was nice but the only memorable spot. The seaside stop for wildlife viewing was unpleasant due to the overwhelming stench. Lunch at Restaurante Costa Cochoa was the worst part—unsanitary and a questionable choice when better options exist. The driver was overly aggressive, tailgating and speeding, even on curves. Just because the limit is 100-120 km/h doesn’t mean it’s safe to drive that fast at all times. Thankfully, we got back safely. Overall, Rapha was great, but the itinerary and logistics need serious adjustments.
