Our guide Marissa was very good indeed. The information she gave was excellent and very interesting. It was interesting how the food and culture was very intertwined. The food tasting were very well organised and the food was good quality. A very enjoyable and informative activity that I would definitely recommend. We chose to do it on our first day in Malta to help get us orientated to the island. It was a good strategy

We were greeted by our Guide and her assistant and given a headphone each which relayed the guides speech to us. This worked very well. There were around ten in our group. The tour was very informative and the four stops along the route around the city introduced us to different types of Maltese food. From the special coffee to the pastries then the delicious bread and finally the main meal. An excellent tour.

I had a fantastic tour with Marisa and her daughter Lisa. Marisa was an excellent tour guide, the food we tasted was delicious and it was great to try local favourites. Marisa also gave me a recommendation for dinner, this was my last day in Malta and my best. I wish I’d done this tour at the start of my trip so I could have visited more of Marisa’s recommendations. As a solo traveller I would highly recommend this tour.
