Incredible, Amazing, Wow. Guides arrived on time. We were taken towards Mount Etna where we stopped for sandwiches and water for our trek. We then swooped our flip flops for hiking boots and hiking poles which are provided free of charge and the trek commenced. Three guides were with us. One at front one mid way and one at the back to ensure that everyone completed the trek. We stopped regularly for breaks and info on the area. Obviously the views were epic and the continuous information was invaluable. All in all one of the best experiences of my life. Just do it. This company provides free hiking boots, hiking poles, warm jackets, wind breaker jackets and even gave a lady a bag as she had turned up with an expensive posh hand bag! Beyond amazing experience and I loved every moment. Moderate fitness levels make the experience more enjoyable. Ps don’t wear jeans!

This experience was incredible! My friends and I (20 year old females) loved it all and thought this hike was the perfect level of exertion, we definitely felt challenged at times but it was so doable. Ernesto was an amazing guide, and we loved our stop in Catania for Sicilian sandwiches as well. Running down mt Etna is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced!! If you’re an active person, you should be fine but this hike is definitely not an ‘easy walk’. A must do in Catania!

Would highly recommend this trip. It’s really off the beaten track, the guides give great insights and facts about the volcano and all round winner. The trek itself is challenging in places but it’s not really long so very doable. If you have weak ankles, wear supports! Thank you guys!!!

Ottimo! A very vigorous hike and loads of fascinating information imparted from personable, diligent and careful guides. Not as cold as expected - so be sure to dress appropriately. Be prepared to shed a sack of black dust back home.

Guide Alessandro is awesome, so informative not only about the volcano but the local area as well! Greatest experience ever!!
