Avoid at all cost. I thought this package would be the best. When I booked it I was informed pick up was 8am. I never heard from the company by 8pm the day before the trip so I contacted the tour person twice. The first message was read and ignored. I was informed pick up had changed to 06:05am and if I had not got in contact I would have missed my activity due to the company being incapable of contacting. We were then picked up in a large bus and it took us 5 hours until we got to our first village vallohid which we had 30 minutes in. Then another 45 minutes to get to a cenote for 45 minutes, then travelled 5 minutes to Chichén Itzá and had 1 hours and 40 minutes. We then travelled 1 hours to Temozón for 1 hour and 35 minutes. We got back on the bus after 4 hours and 30 minutes myself and my partner were asked to get onto a mini bus for convenience and were home 30 minutes later. A trip advertised as 10 hours turned into 15.5 hours from 6am until 21:30. #Don’twasteyourmoney

Unfortunately, the course of the tour was not as described here & the day was therefore disappointing. There are various misleading descriptions. We only booked this tour because of the combination of Chichen Itza with Cenote Suytun. However, this was not approached, but the cenote Hubiko. Which we didn't find nice compared to other cenotes & the food on site at the buffet wasn't good either. It was a lot of stress on the day of the tour & communication with 3 parties back and forth for hours. It was also annoying that it was a mass tour service, which was also called "Deluxe" here, nothing about it was luxurious. The bus was big & crowded, the seats were too narrow, the food was not good and the description was inaccurate. Unfortunately, it was difficult to follow the tour guide linguistically with his information, since mostly Spanish was spoken in constant exchange of sentences with English. The cenote Ikkil was packed and there was not enough time on site, you felt rushed.
