Full description
Delve into the heart of one of Spain’s most beautiful national parks. After pickup from your hotel, hop in to an open-topped Jeep and drive straight towards the lagoon and the lands surrounding it. With options to drive the Jeep yourself, or to sit back and relax while being driven by a guide, cater your experience to your tastes. Enjoy amazing views of the low-lying plateaus and cliffs overlooking the placid lagoon. Marvel at wind-swept sand dunes. Keep your eyes peeled for the myriad majestic bird species that call the area home, like massive heron, and peculiar varieties of duck. After covering significant ground driving, you’ll hop on a traditional fishing boat for a 45-minute boat ride. Afterwards, you’ll head to the pristine El Saler beach for a dip, accompanied by local tapas and soft drinks. Appetite sated, you’ll head back to your accommodation.

So much fun! Nicole and Rafa are great, they kept it light and fun while they shared interesting information with us. They took us to see the beautiful park and lake, as well as a quick dip at the beach. We even got to see wild flamingos flying above us! This experience was possibly the highlight of our entire trip to Valencia. Highly recommend!

The tour was great. A lot of great insights in a small group. Especially the information and organization on the part of the organizer was optimal. We were picked up, brought back to the hotel, catered for with local specialties and could even have taken a fresh fish home;). Special thanks go to our guide Nicole!

We were very satisfied with this activity. Nicole was our guide and came to pick us up on time at the agreed time in the morning. What was handy was that she forwarded a live location via WhatsApp so that you could follow where she was already. We then drove on to the Albufera park where we made a short stop. Not too long, not too short. Then we went on to the next stop, where the boat was already waiting. Here we also got freshly picked figs, super tasty! After the pleasant boat trip, we drove to Albufera beach where you could eat the tapas and take a splash. During the car journeys, Nicole gave some explanation about the buildings / Valencia / to do's / nice restaurants, which was great because you have no better information than from a local.
