Traditional Spanish Home Dinner

The traditional spanish dinner exceeded all expectations. Our hosts, Lucas and Gabby, were incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The evening began with a glass of tinto de verano and delightful tapas, accompanied by stories of paella's rich history. We even got to participate in cooking the paella, which added to the fun and education. The paella itself was an absolute delight. The combination of saffron-infused rice, fresh seafood, and succulent chicken was a culinary masterpiece. Lucas and Gabbys hospitality and the lively atmosphere they created made the evening unforgettable. In short, if you want an authentic Spanish culinary experience with warm hosts and a vibrant atmosphere, this Valencian paella dinner is a must-try!

I had such a great time. The hosts were kind. They provided us an excellent environment, friendly service, great talks and really delicious food. I personally enjoyed having the opportunity to share with people from other countries. It was so much fun. I definitely would do it again!

The meal was absolutely wonderful! Hats off to the chef. And Lukas and Gabrielle were also lovely to speak to. At times, and I think this is mostly due to a lack of details of what to expect of this experience (there was no prior information or some misinformation on who we were eating with, was this a meal were it was served just for us or were we engaging with other people, where we were eating, someone’s home or rooftop of a restaurant, etc.., how we were going to be greeted and who was actually going to greet us, who’s home or place were we eating, what the place looked like, both the neighborhood and the location of our dinner), it caused a feeling of uncertainty, and apprehension.
