This experience accompanies the customer within the production process of our wines, from the second fermentation of the wine to its bottling. Subsequently the history of the cellar will be narrated from its origins to today, tasting 3 glasses of D.o.c.g accompanied by a platter of typical products of the area such as sopressa, cured meats, cheeses and other local products.

Meet your wine expert guide in Piazzale Roma, near the historic center of Venice, and enjoy the journey to the region where prosecco is produced in a comfortable van. During your trip you will pass through the original region of Prosecco, Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a complex of villages and expanses of vineyards. Visit 2 traditional wineries to learn all the secrets of Prosecco production and have 2 wine tasting sessions. First, stop at a family-owned winery for a guided tour of the vineyards. Enjoy a tasting session paired with a light lunch featuring local products such as cheese, salami, bread and seasonal vegetables. After lunch with a view, head to the second winery to meet the winemaker for a guided tour of the production. At the end of this journey into the magical world of the land of Prosecco, return to the starting point.

This tour of the Prosecco hills takes you northeast of Venice through the countryside near Valdobbiane. On this tour you will have the opportunity to visit the lush green hills of the Prosecco winegrowing region that included the town of Valdobbiane, Conegliano, and Vittorio Veneto. Admire the beautiful scenery of the steep hills covered by vineyards and framed by the nearby Dolomite Mountains. Discover one of the most famous sparkling wines produced in Italy well known for its fruity aromas and its charming unpretentiousness. In this picturesque winegrowing region you will visit one of the top wine producers, where you can learn about the traditional production methods and enjoy a guided wine tasting. The tour then stops for lunch at one of the most historic Frasche (simple rustic trattorias) specializing in simple local cuisine. You will then continue on your journey, stopping to visit a second cantina to experience the small, family-run wine production that is so important to this area, followed by a wine tasting.

This tasting experience starts in our tasting room with a short introduction about the Prosecco area through a description of its denomination, its production method, and the talent of the exclusive area of Cartizze. The experience continues with a detailed sensory description of our 4 Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines. – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Brut (5 g/L) – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry (20 g/L) – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Brut Bio (2 g/L) – Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Dry Bio (13 g/L) Some food appetizers will be given to pair with the wines: salty breadsticks, two types of cheeses, Grana Padano PDO and Piave PDO, and a sweet local cake. The tour continues in our production area where the guides will explain you our vinification method in concrete and stainless steel tanks. The tour ends with a short walk in our vineyard where you can learn some notions about the centenary vines and the ORGANIC cultivation. You will reach our panoramic view point for some beautiful photo of the Prosecco hills, now Unesco Heritage.
