The experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived at Safartica office, the staff were super helpful and organised. This is in stark contrast to a tour we did with a different company previously, and cost a small fortune :( They were friendly and could not do enough to make sure we had the correct, warm attire, as the weather was -29. Mario at Baba Husky was informative, professional and really friendly. The sled operator was amazing and made sure we were happy. He even stopped to pick up one of our phones that was dropped while taking photos (whoops!). This is a MUST DO experience in Lapland. They genuinely care for, and have their huskies well being as their top priority, and it is a smaller family orientated business.

Great experience! I didn't know I would have so much fun. Unlike other tours, here you travel more than just a few meters; first briefly through the forest, then over a frozen lake, where you change places. After returning, lots of petting for the dogs and then learning a lot in the yurt with cookies and cocoa. I would do it again in a heartbeat, absolutely recommended

our guide was very knowledgeable in making sure that we were clothed correctly for the very cold weather. we would have liked the chance to stroke the dogs afterwards & maybe some food in the hut afterwards to purchase as we were very hungry!

Most fun activity we did while in Rovaniemi. While family enjoyed it immensely. Really appreciated how Baba Hisky is a small operation which knows their dogs individually, not a Husky farm. Thanks for the great memories!

An impressive winter landscape to cross with the huskies...
