The husky musher will welcome you at the reception of the resort and walk with you to the kennel, where the Alaskan huskies will happily greet you. Before the start of the safari, the husky musher will show how to steer your own sleigh. Enjoy the surrounding nature and the silence while the huskies take you to a trip to remember. After the husky ride, we return to the kennel to hear facts and stories of huskies and enjoy hot drinks by the campfire.

After the transfer, meet your reindeer herder guide at the resort’s reception and walk together to the reindeer farm nearby. Visit the farm before climbing into the sleigh to start your forest sleigh ride. Sit comfortably and lay back as you travel through the Arctic countryside. Take photos of the surrounding snow-covered nature and listen to the sounds of the reindeer caravan. After the ride, enjoy hot drinks in a typical kota tepee and learn all about reindeer herding in Lapland. Finally, be taken back to your hotel.

Following pickup at your accommodation, your guide will evaluate the most suitable length of the track. This will be based on the ages and fitness levels of your group, with this hiking adventure also suitable for families with children. The Arctic Circle hiking area is an excellent place to feel closer to nature and inhale the fresh air of Finnish Lapland. Your guide will prepare warm snacks and drinks by the open fire, while sharing stories about what life is like for locals. You will be able to cross the Arctic Circle and experience the wild of Lapland just outside Rovaniemi. The hiking area is made up of several parts which are in their natural state. In these areas, visitors can become acquainted with the region's typical plant and animal species. The moose, reindeer, fox, hare, and squirrel are the mammals most common in the area, but the pine marten, stoat, mink, and otter have also been spotted in the region.
