Full description
Day 1:

Departure 10:30 AM. Start your multi-day tour with visits to Incahuasi Island, the salt mines, the Colchani village, and the train cemetery. Also see the Dakar Monument, a representation of the Dakar Rally that took place in Bolivia between 2014 and 2018. This rally was considered one of the deadliest and most dangerous in the world.

Have the chance to take funny photos and videos in the whitest, largest and highest salt flat in the world. Finish the day seeing the sunset over the Salar de Uyuni, and then head to the first night's accommodation. 

Day 2:

After breakfast, visit the Chiguana Salar, a spectacular sight on the south side of Uyuni salt flats, surrounded by active volcanoes such as Ollague (5,840m). See also the beautiful Altiplanic lagoons inhabited by 3 species of Andean flamingos. This desert is also home to the Stone Tree, a lava rock formation.

Your day ends by visiting the Red Lagoon, where you can observe wildlife such as pink flamingos, alpacas, and vicuñas. Then continue to the accommodation where you will stay overnight. 

Day 3:

After breakfast and an early departure around 4:30 AM, marvel at a sunrise over the geysers and fumaroles of Sol de Mañana, an area with the highest volcanic activity in Bolivia. Then, head to Polkes Thermal Baths for a relaxing bath in the hot springs. Stop at the Verde or Esmeralda Lagoon, a point where you can see the Licancabur Volcano, and later stop at the White Lagoon.

You will arrive at border control around 9:00 AM to conduct migratory exit procedures at the Bolivian border, then the vehicle will be changed to a minibus to make the transfer to Chile, where you will arrive in San Pedro de Atacama. No lunch is included for passengers ending the tour at San Pedro at approximately 1:00 PM.

If you are returning to Uyuni, you will stop for lunch in the town of Villamar. Visit the Catal Lagoon and Valley of Rocks, where you will see beautiful geological formations. Continue traveling until you reach Uyuni at approximately 6:00 PM on the third day.

• Elderly people over 68 with heart or respiratory conditions need medical authorization
• Please inform beforehand if you are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free
• Meals consist mostly of vegetables, fruit, rice, and quinoa
• You will be reaching up to 5,000 meters (16,404 feet) in altitude, which can cause some nausea. If possible, try to acclimatize before the trip

• If you are a foreign resident of Chile, you will need to present your RUN and passport with the visa registered in PDI
• If you are a foreign tourist please check if you need a VISA to enter Bolivia; You will also need to present your passport and the PDI authorization when first entering Chile
• If you are a resident of Mercosur countries, you can travel with your ID Card and PDI authorization when first entering Chile
• If you are Chilean, all you need is your PDI card
• If you are traveling with a Chilean minor, you must carry permits of both legalized parents
