Overall rating

4.6
(2,505 reviews)

We had a marvelous time. Check in at the gate was seamless. No line and plenty of room on the boat. The shuttle drivers were extremely friendly. Fort Sumter is one of my favorite places to take out of town guests. I will be back! Comment - the young lady who spoke about the history of Fort Sumter, had the microphone way too close to her mouth and spoke too quickly. Her narrative was too loud, too long, and often not clear. I enjoyed what she had to say when I could understand her.

Our guide John allowed us on the trip even though there was a problem with the reservation and we weren’t on his roster. There was room on the bus for two visiting Canadians. He was gracious and lovely about it. That was a start of a lovely tour. Very informative about a beautiful old historic city. We really enjoyed it.

Enjoyed the trip. Difficult to hear the information in the ferry. Please consider a tv screen in the downstairs so the riders can see and hear the captain speaking. Thank you.

Great information from fantastic volunteers! Walking on the grounds of such an historic place was a great experience.

Great tour, guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing their knowledge.
