Full description
Pickup begins in the morning from your hotel, from where you will drive you to the beginning of the path (which is 7 kilometers away the city). Your tour will begin with your discovery of the Andorra Valley, as you get to walk along a peat moss area until reaching the Rio Grande. This is an area which needs to be crossed in order to access the trail to the forest. From there you will begin your first uphill section of the trek. At some point in this beautiful endeavor, you will find yourself in a high valley full of peat moss. The forest will then begin to get smaller and smaller beneath you as you climb higher and higher into the mountain. This will continue until you reach a point where the trees will eventually begin to look like small bushes below. It is at this point that a big change occurs, as you find yourself in a high mountain landscape on which you will make the final ascent to the Tempanos Lagoon. Once there you will be able to see the Vinciguerra Glacier, which sits majestically behind the lagoon.

Great experience, unique in our life (went with my wife). Force your body well, only do it if you are well-conditioned and well-wrapped, particularly towards the final part of the Glacier climb. There are different scenarios: the Patagonian forest, the glacial snow and the surprise of the ice cave for lunch / rest (this in summer). Thank you for the attention of guide Santiago!
