I was not able to claim my tickets thru the kiosk as per the instructions. It was saying I did not have any reservations under my name. thankfully when I went to the entrance there was a universal employee who was able to pull it on his computer. I do not want to imagine if he was not there..

My experience was amazing. Getting my tickets into the park was quick and there were no issues pulling my information. The park is huge and I only wish I would've gotten a 2 day park hopper instead of one. I'll definitely be coming back and using these deals though. It was well worth it!

Our tickets were not dispensing from the stand-alone unit at Universal and we lost quite a bit of time figuring out what was going on. We tried calling multiple times but, it was just looping in different instructions when we really needed someone to help on the phone. The only way we realized that works is to 'Chat' which sometimes gets tough with the phone and kids. Pretty poor I should say. If someone runs into an issue with the code provided - please ensure you do not use the 'dashes' in one part of the code. This is poor information from GYG and they need to fix this - if someone listens ;) That said, very good service and experience with GYG overall.
