Chaotic process to begin with (i.e. trying to find the right line and be allocated into the correct tour group) but afterwards all was good. The guide was friendly and spoke loudly to make sure we could all hear (this was important because of how many groups are in at the same time and pass by). The tour was super interesting and really fascinating to experience. Would recommend!!
It was really fun to see the underground system. Beware, part of the tour is through very small tunnels. You have the choice to do it or not. I decided to try, but needed to use the emergency exit (which is perfectly fine) after the first 10 metres. Glad to have tried, but no way I could spend 10 minutes in such a tight tunnel. Overall, great experience!
