The performance was incredible, funny, dramatic, and the chanting throughout was hypnotic, I true delight watching the actors performance this mystical tale- with a stunning back drop on the edge of the cliff, the sunset slowly setting it was captivating

Our guide Andi was super terrific! He really was so knowledgeable and super attentive and flexible to what we wanted to get out of this tour. He shared a lot of information on Bali culture and the local areas. For me this is really what I like for a tour like this, when a truly local person guides you! All the highlights of the tour were good, no waiting in line. Nature was just amazing. Make sure to bring good shoes, there are quite some steps going up and down. Gluten free options for food worked out great for me! All in all an amazing day!!!

Full description

Witness a unique cultural experience with a Kecak fire and dance performance on the grounds of Uluwatu Temple. Watch native Balinese dancers perform a breathtaking show of traditional Hindu dance whilst the sun sets in the background.

Kecak is a Balinese dance and rhythmic chant depicting the battle from the Hindu epic Ramayana in which Rama fights the demonic King Ravana with the help of the monkey god Hanuman.

Let yourself be hypnotized by the swirling flames combined with vibrant traditional attire as the performers take you on a journey through Balinese Hinduism. The show is timed to coincide with the sunset, so you can be sure of good views during your time in Uluwatu.

Show was interesting, the story is recognizable but you probably should read it upfront. They provide some printed copies in english at the ticket counter.
